A 2021 NSW Master Builders Association’s Award winner in the Adaptable Reuse of Industrial Space category. This factory build was both challenging and rewarding. It boasts an expansive factory and warehouse, an art gallery, a games room connecting through to a bar and lounge and also a caretaker’s 2 bedroom self-contained unit. The space is used for an artist that can also present her work with in her own gallery as well as a creative inventor that builds all kind of cool things
